The Housing Crisis in Austin

Austin’s affordable housing problem has turned into a crisis. If we don’t invest in affordable housing now, only the most wealthy people will be able to afford to live here.

This is why on November 6th, we MUST vote yay for Prop A — the Affordable Housing Bond.

By voting for Proposition A in this year’s election, you will make a difference. Your vote will help your Austin neighbors like Veterans who are living in unsafe conditions; teachers who can’t afford to live in the communities they educate; and over 2,000 homeless Austin school students.

You CAN help Austin have more affordable housing options for all. So find your nearest voting location and make your voice count!

After you vote federal, continue down the voting ballot to get to Prop A, the Affordable Housing Bond.
